Brema 'Monferrato Rosso'

Umberto is a Monferrato Rosso obtained with 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes from vineyards owned places in the hills of Nizza Monferrato and Fontanile, they are vinified separately in a traditional way and after a short period in steel, wines obtained are aged in oak barrels for about a year. They are then blended and bottled immediately where they rest for about 4 months before release. It 'a full-bodied wine that bears an aging period of about 6-8 years. The color purple with garnet. The bouquet is complex and intense with hints of red fruits, vanilla and tobacco. The taste is dry, full-bodied and round.
